How much of the company’s time and team will be needed for the on-site assessment?
 

Each company is required to grant the CSSC Licensed Assessor with one individual  who has the responsibility of assisting us with carrying out the on-site agenda (which will incorporate other indivduals according to the Pre-Certification guide). This person must have substantial knowledge of the business and no formal training is needed.

How much would the certification process cost?
 

The certification process is seen more of an investment rather than a cost to any organization. However, we at CSSC will ensure a thorough assessment of your organization at the most efficient and cost effective way possible. A preliminary call or visit will be made to your business by one of our Assessors after which, based on your business specifics, a formal customized proposal is drafted and submitted for your review. An extensive break-down of each cost and the time in which the objectives will take are presented in this proposal. Meeting the needs of your budget is important to us as it is important to you and your organization.

What are some benefits from going through the certification process?
 

-The process creates the opportunity and facilitates the collaboration of all the departments to gain a deeper understanding about the current customer experience vs the ideal or desired customer experience. Embarking on this journey with your staff would staple the vision and mission of the company while each team member develops a keener understanding of what role they play in the business and what is needed to obtain success.

How do I enter my organization, for an Caribbean Service Excellence Award/International Service Excellence Award?
 

To enter your organization for consideration of an Caribbean Service Excellence Award and if successful an International Service Excellence Award (ISEA), simply download the nomination / application on our website (click the awards link), complete, and submit to info@customerservicesc.com. Please note, there is no cost to submit a nomination or application. You may email or call us with any questions.

 

How much does it cost to enter?
 

There is no cost to submit a nomination / application for the awards.

 

What happens if we are chosen as a finalist?
 

If your organization is chosen as a finalist in any of the categories, an on-site visit or web conference would be required to move forward with the Awards process. At that time, we would estimate the amount of time that would be required (typically between 3 hours and 1 full day depending on the category / industry) and would put together an estimate of the costs involved to complete the judging process. Please note, you are able to decline proceeding with the awards process after you receive the estimate.

 

Is there a formal awards presentation or dinner for award winners?
 

There is a formal awards presentation gala for the winners of the Caribbean Service Excellence Awards scheduled for November, 2017. Winners at this award will qualify for the International Service Excellence Awards. Visit the AWARDS AND RECOGNITION page download and complete the forms as soon as you can.
