A significant proportion of the Caribbean’s customer service manager and professionals have no formal qualifications instead gaining considerable experience at a variety of levels in the organization before working their way up ‘through the ranks’.

 

This handbook will explain how, once you enroll in the course, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of the core competencies required for developing and implementing effective customer service management systems.

How to apply:

Due to the personal attention provided to each candidate's projects and workbook, course places are strictly limited. Qualifications, experience and references will be checked prior to acceptance of candidates and processing of course fees.

 

 

One of the best parts of the course for me as well was how practicable it was.  It provided me with a wealth of knowledge which I was able to apply almost instantaneously and we have seen an increase in referrals and
